Hi all the palms in the parking lot have been removed. It looks terrible and needs some greening done. having no plants and shade trees seems to be the thing Wynnum hates. more shade and greenery please

Like Dianne, I was just as surprised to see it described as ‘behind’ as the place is in Florence Street alongside Woolworths. But it’s great to see that area reinvigorated with new shops including Beadoire Glass, a popular place for buyers of eclectic fashion jewelry.

Florence Place is NOT behind Woolies and the Library, it is beside them. If you are coming from Bay Terrace, it is past them, if you are coming from Tingal Road, it is before them, but it is NOT behind them. – Pedantic, I know, but I do so hate the errors being published in print and online, because it causes a dumbing down of our language.
